GN develop and design our own vacuum unit for feeding our advanced GNCD930 series vertical G dryer in the drilling waste management system. The user may use vacuum unit or screw conveyor ( auger) to feed different type drilling cuttings, once the cuttings are not treated well by solids control system( shale shaker, desander, desilter, etc), the fluids content is very high, vacuum unit will be a good choice compared with auger, because too much fluids will leak from the screw conveyor cover and influen
Mud plant is like a mud station, which is used to storage the drilling mud from the rig site drilling mud system and also make the mud to be ready for next time usage for the drilling rig. So there are two main functions for the mud plant, the first one is the storage capability, while the second is the treating capability. In the newly designed GN mud plant, both of the two functions are made to the best.
Storage capacity: in this new design, GN fully uses the limited space to get a maximum storage
GN Solids Control equipment is being used by quite a few clients from overseas and domestically. GN Solids Control production line including below items:
