GN Industrial Decanter Centrifuges for More Applications

At the very beginning when GN Solids Control was established and firstly enter the solids control industry, as other solids control manufacturers, GN Solids Control started from the comparably easier equipment like shale shakers and mud cleaners. But what is different from others, GN Solids Control always focuses on the most advanced technology. As long as we do it, we do it to the best.

So, soon after its establishment, decanter centrifuge became GN’s core product. Decanter centrifuge is quite different from shale shakers, and it showed the producing capability of a manufacturer, because: 1. Decanter centrifuge, especially the high speed decanter centrifuge has a high standard request for the manufacturing machines. It need the preciseness and accuracy. GN has the first set of five face processing machine for the centrifuge parts. 2. As rotating equipment, each rotating part of decanter centrifuge need a good dynamic balancing. GN facility has advanced and big dynamic balancing machines for doing this work. In GN centrifuge producing procedure, each rotating part is well balanced separately and together. 3. Big bowl decanter centrifuge and large length diameter ratio decanter centrifuge are usually more difficult to build, but GN Solids Control has a series of models of decanter centrifuges GNLW223 to GNLW553, bowl diameter ranges from 9 inch to 22 inch.

Meanwhile, the decanter centrifuge itself is providing more and more applications, by using different material and some modification in designs, the decanter centrifuge is widely used in many different industries, like the food industry, the medicine industry and mining, energy and etc. Now some new engineers with rich experiences of decanter centrifuges have joint the GN team, and in the near future, GN centrifuge line will cover more and more applications and tricanter centrifuge of GN will come up soon.
