Hi G force drying shaker is used for recovery more valuable drilling fluids by treat the waste cuttings discharged from the primary solids control equipment. With high G force up to 8 and adjustable, GN’s drying shaker unit could be fixed with fine mesh screen so that it can remove silts and ultra-fine sands, provide solids in a consistently stackable and conveyable form and require no expensive chemicals or polymers.

GN’s high G force drying shaker is equipped with a wider opening hopper feeder which could better collect the waste cuttings discharged from the screw conveyor unit. The hopper unit could be easily removed and replaced by a wire feeder then make it a normal high G force shale shaker for drilling mud solids control.
