2 Sets GNOST-15 Oil Sludge Treatment System Delivered to Asia Customer  

GN Solids Control has successfully delivered 2 sets of GNOST-15 oil sludge treatment systems to an industrial client in Asia. These advanced systems are fully designed and manufactured by GN Solids Control, tailored to treat various types of oil-contaminated sludge from tank bottoms, refinery waste, and oilfield pits. The delivery once again proves GN’s strong engineering capability and commitment to global environmental protection projects.

Each GNOST-15 oil sludge treatment system is a fully integrated and modular solution designed to recover oil, reduce waste volume, and minimize environmental impact. The system consists of the following key modules:

Feeding Pump Module – Responsible for transferring high-viscosity oil sludge from storage to the treatment system with stable flow control.

Pre-Mixing Tank Module – Used to dilute and heat the sludge. By adding hot water or chemical agents and applying mechanical agitation, the viscosity of the sludge is reduced to improve separation efficiency.

Shaker Separation Module – Equipped with a high-G force shale shaker to remove large particles and prevent wear on downstream equipment.

GNLW-554 Two-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module – This heavy-duty centrifuge separates fine solids from the oil-water mixture efficiently, playing a crucial role in reducing solid content.

GNLWS-554 Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module – Further separates the mixture into oil, water, and solid phases, allowing for oil recovery and water reuse.

Chemical Dosing Module – Injects demulsifiers and flocculants to break emulsions and assist in separating oil from solids and water.

Steam Generation Module – Supplies steam to maintain temperature during treatment, enhancing sludge flowability and separation performance.

These systems are built inside standard containers, making them easy to transport, install, and operate even in remote oilfield environments. The containerized layout ensures a compact footprint and reduced setup time.
