4 sets of GN Advanced Configuration Mud Recycling Systems for CPP

GN Solids Control Co. has been providing over thousands sets of mud systems to global clients since the beginning of establishment. For these mud recycling systems, they are widely used in oil and gas industries for solids control and drilling waste management, among these mud control systems some are using in the no dig area such as HDD, CBM, TBM and Dredge etc.
GN Solids Control is busy with 4 sets of mud recycling system in Beijing factory. These 4 sets advanced systems are purchased by one of the largest companies in China, which is China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP). Now GN has finished two sets and the rested 2 sets will be delivered to CPP in a short period.

Each system is including the following equipments:
1. GN Desander
GN desander is used for separating the solids that larger than 40 microns. Here we use GNZJ705-2S with double layer. The bottom layer is used for the shale shaker, and the top layer is used for separating screen of the two sets 10 inch desanders.
2. GN Desilter
GN desilter is used for separating the solids that larger than 20 microns. Here we use GNZJ705-12N. This desilter is also with double layer, and the top layer is used for further separating of GN desilter. By using the 12 sets 4 inch cyclones and double layers, this type of desilter is pretty cost-effective for the solids separation.

3. GN Decanter Centrifuge
In order to separate the solids that in finer size, GN installed two sets of decanter centrifuges in another mud tank. Here the type of centrifuge is GNLW452-VFD, rotating speed of these two centrifuges can be changed easily on the control panel.
4. GN Mud Tank
There are two mud tanks to hold the desander, desilter and decanter centrifuge. The size of the mud tanks are the same with 20 feet container, which can be moved conveniently.
