Eight Sets GN Centrifuges for SINOPEC No Pit Drilling

GN Solids America LLC has some decanter centrifuges storage in Houston warehouse. They can be arranged for fast delivery along with the technical help from GN experienced engineers.
GN Solids Control just finished the manufacturing of 8 sets decanter centrifuges for SINOPEC. They will use these centrifuges to separate the solids for 8 oil drilling rigs which are without mud pit. No pit drilling is widely used in many drilling worksites, so the drilling waste management systems will be used next to the mud systems. These large orders also including 16 sets of Hi-G Drying shakers, they are all purchased by one oil service company in China.
The working process of this system as follows:
1. GN Hi-G Shaker
All the drilling mud (usually water base mud) will be transferred to these 16 sets Hi-G shakers by screw conveyors in advance, the drilling shakers are especially designed for WBM treating. Generally speaking, 90% solids can be separated out, so the final cuttings will contain 10% water roughly.

2. GN Decanter Centrifuge
SINOPEC is using 8 sets of GNLW363 to do further separation. All the fluids that come out from Hi-G shakers will be feed to the decanter centrifuges by positive displacement pumps or submersible pumps. GN centrifuge can separate the solids that large than 5 microns. For finer solids, we can use flocculants system. Sometimes, the fluids come out from centrifuge will be sent to TDU where all the water can be eliminated.
