Equipment Sent to Client for Starch and Potato Application

We recently shipped a GN decanter centrifuge for a potato processing application, where it will be used to recover starch from potato slice flushing water.

During potato washing and slicing, valuable starch is carried away with the process water. Rather than treating it as waste, a decanter centrifuge can continuously separate the starch solids, allowing the recovered starch to be reused while reducing the solids load on downstream wastewater treatment.
