This 1000HP drilling rig mud system includes the following equipment:

1. 3 Sets GN Shale Shakers 

GN Solids Control manufactures hundreds of shale shakers every year. For this 1000HP drilling rig mud system, GN Solids Control provides 3 sets GNZS594 shakers which assembled with 4 sets of screens. 

2. 1 Set GN Mud Cleaner

GN mud cleaner is a compact treating system includes shale shaker, de-sander and de-silter. Here GN mud cleaner and GN shale shaker are using the same size Mi-Swaco Mongoose screens.  

3. 1 Set GN Vacuum Degasser

GN vacuum degasser is mainly used to eliminate the air in drilling slurry, so when they are feed into different size cyclones, they can help to protect the cyclones. Sometimes, GN centrifugal degassers can also be used to replace vacuum degasser in order to save room. 

4. 2 Sets GN Centrifugal Pumps

GN centrifugal pumps are the feeding pumps for GN mud cleaner. 

5. 2 Sets GN Mixing Pumps

By using GN mixing pumps, new drilling slurry can be made. GN mixing pumps are fixed with mud hoppers in order to add drilling chemicals. One mixing pumps will be played as an spare pump.

6. 20 Sets GN Mud Agitators

Mud agitator is fixed on the top of the mud tanks. They keep the drilling slurry from sediment. 

7. 5 Sets 40Ft GN Mud Tanks

All those above treating equipment will be fixed on the mud tanks. Here GN uses 5 sets 40Ft size mud tanks.
