Although the price of petroleum keeps dropping down and drives solids control industry out of business, GN has recently exported 3 packages of closed loop system for EU oil & gas drilling industry. Of course, the quality of GN closed loop system is a key component to open European drilling market. The 3 sets of closed loop system are applied for the 1000HP drilling rig including shale shaker, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge and mud mixing and storage system.

Configuration of Closed Loop System

1. Six 4-panel shale shakers, threes vacuum degassers for removing the dangerous gas, three of mud cleaner with 12 of 4” desilter cones and 2 of 10” desander cones

2. There are a middle speed decanter centrifuge and high speed decanter centrifuge in the solids control tank

3. There are mud agitators and mud guns in the suction and active mud tank, which storage the drilling fluids

4. Mixing tank with hopper and centrifugal pump is capable of mixing all kinds of polymer, chemical and other powders.

5. We customize the dimension of mud tank and other demand from our customer in order to meet with customer’s expection.

 We apply the special ATEX explosion proof motor and control compliance to EU requirement. But, in US we utilize our IE CEX international standard explosion proof motor and control panel
