GN Compact Mud Systems for CBM Client

GN Solids Control just finished one set of compact mud recycling system for Coal Bed Methane Drilling mud control for one project in China. There is a trend more and more non oil and gas drilling companies are using mud systems to recover water and save cost on the expensive drilling fluids.

GN Solids Control has a large quantity of successful mud control systems that provided to global clients. Before, GN also delivered one set of CBM mud system to USA Schramm. GN Solids Control always devoted to provide the most cost-effective equipments and systems to solids control clients. 

This GN CBM mud system is mainly including the following parts:

1. GN Shaker

One small shaker GNZS703E-HB is used for the first phase separation. With the 3 panels’ shaker screens, GNZS703E-HB takes small room on the tank while the treating capacity can reach to 528GPM. 

2. GN Mud Cleaner

Here GN Solids Control is using one GNZJ703E-1S8N mud cleaner. It has the same bottom shaker as GNZS703E-HB, so shaker screens are completely the same size which helps to save the cost for stock more spare parts or wear parts. There is 1 set 10 inch desander cyclone and 8 sets 4inch desilter cyclones. Solids will be separated by this two phase GN equipment. 

3. GN Decanter Centrifuge

GN decanter centrifuge has various models. Here one set of GNLW452C fix speed centrifuge is using. It can rotate at the speed of 1800RPM for separating out solids larger than 2-5 microns. Effective treating capacity can reach to 180GPM. 

4. GN Mud Cleaner

All those above equipments are fixed on the top of GN mud tank. GN also provides one mud tank for the drilling fluids mixing and storage. One set GN Jet Mud Mixer is also used to add chemicals inside the mud tank.
