GN Decanter Centrifuge with Dosing System

In order to provide a better separating performance, GN Solids Control also equipped with dosing system in front of the GN decanter centrifuge. GN Dosing System is an automatic adding and mixing system. Chemicals can be added and mixed thoroughly before feed into GN decanter centrifuge. If clients don’t know which chemicals should be added, GN Solids Control can do the dosing test with the samples provided by our clients. 

By using GN Dosing Unit, most of the finer solids will be gathered and provide to GN centrifuge for further separation. Generally speaking, GN decanter centrifuge can separate out most the solids larger than 2-5 microns. With the help of dosing system, GN decanter centrifuge will separate out almost all the solids. 

GN Solids Control provided some successful projects before. One whole dewatering unit was using in Singapore. Desander cyclones and desilter cyclones are using for the first two phase separation. Those two cyclones are equipped with bottom shaker, shaker screens separate the slurry fall off from the bottom of GN cyclones. 

Desander and desilter are fixed in one frame for convenient move. While the dosing unit and decanter centrifuge are put into one 40ft container. This whole system can be operated in the work site and can be also used in different places due to the flexible movement.
