Major Equipment in the Drilling Cuttings Management System

1. GNCD930C-VFD Vertical Cuttings Dryer is the primary equipment for processing the cuttings including the auxiliary flushing pump to keep the  maintenance.

2. GNLW363BG-VFD model is one of GN classical decanter centrifuge to utilize for recovery the drilling fluids which stem from the vertical cutting dryer.

3. Submersible slurry pump plays the role in supplying the fluids to decanter centrifuge. Abrasion-resistant alloy and gland seal assure the top quality.

4. There are two screw conveyors in the system: one of auger transfers the cutting from container to vertical cutting dryer. Other auger deliveries treated cuttings to disposal area/container.

5. Small footprint frame minimal save the working place and sufficiently space to process the tons of cuttings per hour
