The system includes three GNZS594K High-G drying shakers and two GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryers, designed specifically for handling drilling cuttings generated during oil and gas drilling operations. High-G Drying Shaker GNZS594K

The three GNZS594K High-G drying shakers serve as the first-stage solids drying equipment. With adjustable G-force up to 8.0 G and a large 4-panel screen deck, the GNZS594K is capable of processing cuttings with high fluid content and reducing the oil-on-cuttings (OOC) level before further treatment.

Its rugged structure, heat-treated shaker deck, and quick-change screen design make it suitable for 24/7 oilfield operation. By removing free liquids from the drilling cuttings, the High-G shaker greatly improves the efficiency of the downstream cuttings dryer and reduces overall fluid loss.

Vertical Cuttings Dryer GNCD930G

Following the drying shakers, two GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryers are used for secondary drying. The GNCD930G is one of GN’s flagship solutions for oil-based mud (OBM) and synthetic-based mud (SBM) cuttings treatment.

The dryer uses centrifugal separation to remove additional liquids from the cuttings, resulting in a low oil-on-cuttings discharge suitable for transport, further treatment, or disposal. Its stainless steel screen basket, scraper system, and automatic lubrication ensure stable and reliable performance even under harsh drilling conditions.
