Frankly speaking, there are some other companies competing with GN waste management systems and try to get this bid. Finally, GN Solids Control won this project by those convincible former projects. Until now, GN equipments have been exported to over 60 countries.

For these 3 sets of drilling cuttings management systems, it is including 3 sets of High G shakers and 3 sets of Decanter centrifuges. The drilling cuttings will be treated by GN High G shaker in advance, solids are separated out by the shaker and fluids are sent into the decanter centrifuge for further separation.
Here we recommend our client to use GNZS594HGE-LD shaker (linear motion), the G force of this shaker is upto 8.0 G. This shaker is especially designed for drying solids or cuttings. Usually solids come out from the drilling rigs are with different sizes, by using High G shaker (with different API shaker screens) most of the finer solids can be separated out.

The decanter centrifuge is GNLW363CG-VFD which has 14 inch rotating bowl and max speed can reach to 3200 rpm. The treating capacity is 130 GPM; however, it varies when separating mud with different densities and viscosities.
