GN Mini Centrifuge for Small Volume Slurry Treating

GN Solids Control manufactures various centrifuges; the smallest centrifuge rotating bowl is 9 inch, which is especially used for diamond drilling slurry treating or core drilling slurry separation and mining slurry treating etc. GN mini centrifuge can be also used in the pig or chicken manure drying process. 

GN Solids Control has provided many sets mini centrifuge GNLW223 for small volume slurry separation in the past years. The 9 inch rotating centrifuge treating volume is around 26GPM (suffer to change when treating slurry with different densities and viscosities). 

GN 9 inch rotating bowl is made by Stainless Steel 304 by using the centrifugal casting manufacturing process which guarantees a whole compact part without welding seam. The inside screw flights are protected by Tungsten Carbide Alloy which has a good feature of wear resistance. All the rotating bowl and screw flights are measured and strictly checked by advanced dynamic balance machine. 

GN 9 inch centrifuge is the most compact model among those GN made centrifuges. Now GN Solids Control is manufacturing 9 inch, 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch and 30 inch rotating bowl centrifuges. GNLW223 centrifuge only takes a small room when working, and with the modification version, the supporting skid for the centrifuge is getting even smaller which can be widely used in narrow room. 

It’s well known that diamond drilling or core drilling are usually operated in remote area, so helicopters are one of the most common transporting method. A light weight is pretty important: the total weight for GNLW223 is only 780kg. With some further modifications, GN 9 inch centrifuge can be transported by almost all the helicopters. 

GN Solids Control now has many customers in USA and Canada as well as South America customers that are using mini centrifuges. They have been proved to working in many different work sites successfully.
