GN Mini Decanter Centrifuge for North America Slurry Separation

GN Solids America LLC just provided one set of mini decanter centrifuge GNLW223 for one client in America. This GN centrifuge will be used for slurry separation in the construction area. 

GN Solids Control manufactures many different models of decanter centrifuges, which includes 9 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch and 22 inch. As the smallest model, GNLW223 is one mini decanter centrifuge used for finer solids separation. Treating capacity of GN mini centrifuge is around 30GPM, may varies when treating different slurries. 

GN has sold hundreds of mini decanter centrifuges in the North ica and South America. Most of the centrifuges are using in core drilling or diamond drilling area. GN mini centrifuges are very popular in mine slurry separation. 

By using GN decanter centrifuge, customers can recycle more clean water from the drilling fluids and cut the cost for further slurry treatment. GN Solids Control also provides mini shaker GNZS752, which can be used in front of the decanter centrifuge. One turnkey solution can also be provided by GN Solids, includes: shaker, decanter centrifuge, mud tank, centrifugal pump etc. Due to the compact structure, GN mini shaker and mini decanter centrifuge is easily to move among different worksites. 

As a turnkey provider, GN Solids Control also manufactures various shaker screens. For the screens that used on the mini shaker GNZS752, GN has two models for choose: one is steel frame screen and the other is composite frame screen. 

GN mini decanter centrifuges are proven to working successfully in mining slurry separation, diamond drill cuttings treatment as well as in some construction area. This centrifuge will work in one America construction company for TBM. It will help clients to recycle the water and save money. Before using this centrifuge, this client was using pumps to sucking the slurry and feed into one slurry transporting truck.
