GN Mud Mixing Units Are Working in Trenchless Project

Several weeks before, GN Solids Control just delivered on set of mud mixing unit for one domestic client who is working on trenchless. This 120m³mud mixing unit is mainly used for mixing the chemicals and make fluids for trenchless. 

One large Venturi GN hopper is used to add the chemicals, centrifugal pump is connected with the hopper outlet and pump the mixed chemicals to three separated mixing tanks. GN also provides Jet Mud Mixer for fast chemicals adding. 

Every mixing tank is fixed with GN mud agitators which are used to keep the clean mud evenly and avoid fall off to the bottom of the tank. GN mud guns are also fixed on the mixing tank to flush the mud in the corner. 

Every mixing tank is a separated system controlled by a control cabinet. There is also one valve fixed on the outlet for quick on and off. These 3 tanks are connected by soft pipes, they can be disassembled easily when transporting among different work sites. 

GN Solids Control has provided many customized mud mixing and mud treating systems since the beginning. Depend on the working condition and customer’s operating demands, GN also provide double jet mud mixer (interchangeable if one set is broken) or one hopper with two centrifuge pumps to save the cost.
