GN Solids Control has provided many sets of mud recycling systems for HDD area. Now GN has three models which are GNMS-200D, GNMS-500D and GNMS-1000D. The treating capacity of GNMS-200D is 200GPM, while GNMS-500D can treat 500GPM.

Take GNMS-1000D (treating capacity 1000GPM) as an example, it consists of one mud cleaner (GNZY753E-Y1S), one centrifugal pump (GNSB8X6A, 55KW), one mud tank and one light.

As GN shaker has 2 cyclones in 10 inch, they can separate the solids that larger than 40 microns. In order to prolong the lifespan, GN is using the PU cyclones. The vibration strength of this GN shaker is less than 7.5G which is adjustable. Here GN is using the top brand vibration motors, clients can choose US martin or Italy OLI.

GN centrifugal pump is providing mud from the tank to cyclones on the shale shaker. The pump is using mechanical seal for easy maintenance and long life. All the mud tank and frame are made of stainless steel, and the top of the mud tank is made of checkered plate. GN is also using explosion proof standard control cabinet, which composed of famous electrical components such as SIEMENS or Schneider.
