GN Mud Recycling System for ZJ 50 Rig 

GN Solids Control has manufactured many different mud recycling systems. Most of GN mud treating systems are used in oil and gas are, however, GN Solids Control has also provided many mud systems for HDD, Dredging, Mining, CBM slurry separation. 

With these years fast development, GN Solids Control has provided thousands of mud recycling systems for oil and gas drilling. Recently, GN Solids Control just finished one whole set mud recycling system for one Indian client. They will use GN Solids Control mud system to equip on their ZJ 50 drilling rig. 

This India company sent one professional engineer to check this mud system provided some valuable suggestions for onsite use. He gave high scores on GN Solids Control and GN mud system. 

This ZJ 50 mud system is mainly including the following parts: 

1. GN Mud Tank

Mud tank is divided into some compartments for different solids separation. There are shaker tank and intermediary as well as reserve tank. GN Solids Control equipment is fixed on the top of the mud tank for different stage separation. 

2. GN Shaker

GN Shakers are connected by a mud divider. Usually, two sets GN shakers works for the first stage separation. There are another 2 sets as back up shakers just in case the shakers need to change shaker screens or one shaker is broken down. GN only used two famous brands vibration motor: one is Martin (made in USA) and the other is OLI (made in Italy)

3. GN Vacuum Degasser

Vacuum Degasser is used for eliminating the gas in the drilling fluids. So when feeding into GN Cyclones, there will no cavitations and cyclones can be used for a long time. 

4. GN Desilter

GN Desilter is assembled with 4 inch cyclones, which can be used for separating out solids larger than 25 microns. 

5. GN Decanter Centrifuge

Centrifuge is the core products for GN, which is widely used for various worksite usage. It’s mainly used for separating out solids larger than 2-5 microns.
