GN Oil Sludge Treatment Plants Delivered for Africa Project

GN recently supplied multiple Containerized Oil Sludge Treatment Plants for a client operating in Africa. The modularized system was designed to provide efficient oil recovery, solids separation, and waste reduction capabilities while maintaining rapid deployment advantages for remote field operations.

The system configuration included several integrated process modules:

• Pre-Mixing Tank Module for slurry conditioning and material homogenization
• Vibrating Screen Module for primary coarse solids separation
• Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module for continuous separation of oil, water, and solids
• Chemical Dosing Module for flocculation and process optimization
