GN Solids America LLC Exhibited One Centrifuge in the MinExpo 2016

GN Solids America LLC is a leading company in the solid and liquid separation area. GN equipment includes decanter centrifuges, cuttings dryers and shakers etc are widely used for separation area. Last week, GN Solids America LLC attended the MinExpo in Las Vegas. One set of mini centrifuge is exhibited and drew great attention in this show. 

GN mini centrifuge which is also named by GNLW223 centrifuge, it has a 9 inch rotating bowl. GN centrifuges are very popular in the separation areas due to the excellent working performance and satisfied quality without too much maintenance. GN Solids Control has delivered its solids control products to over 60 countries. The mini centrifuge exhibited in MinExpo is mainly used for diamond drilling or core drilling for small volume drilling fluids separation. Solids larger than 2~5 microns can be separated out by GN mini centrifuge. 

In order to have a much better separating performance, GNLW223 centrifuge can be equipped with one set of mini shaker which is GNZS752. The mini centrifuge and shaker are both assembled on one mud tank, feeding pumps are also fixed on the skid. For this whole solids removal unit, GN Solids Control also has diesel generator to provide power. 

GN Solids Control also manufactures large decanter centrifuges (14inch, 18 inch and 22 inch) for various solids separation. This year, GN Solids Control just developed new centrifuge with 30 inch rotating bowl, treating capacity is up to 800 GPM. 

Besides the mini centrifuge and shaker for the small volume slurry separation, GN shakers, desanders and desilters are also largely used for mine tailings separation. GN Solids Control has provided many turnkey solutions to the global mining companies. 

GN Solids Control also has cuttings dryers which are used for washing mining fluids. Last year, GN Solids Control provides some sets to clients in South America.
