GN Solids Control Attended the 2016 Bauma Shanghai Show

The 2016 Bauma Shanghai Show was just ended several days before, GN Solids Control attended this show and exhibited one set of 500GPM compact mud system. GN Solids Control is one of the leading turnkey provider on solids control and waste management, GN equipment covers basically all the solids and liquid area with GN whole product line. 

As a world well known manufacturer, GN Solids Control products include shakers, desanders, desilter, centrifuges and cuttings dryers. For the other equipment, such as centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, mud agitators as well as large mud tanks are also can be manufactured by GN Solids. 

Bauma show is famous as one of the world largest international trade fair on the mining machines, construction machines etc. The 2016 Bauma shows had over thousands of professional visitors attending. GN Solids Control has been attending this great show for many years. 

As the 2016 Bauma show was exhibited in Shanghai, China. Many visitors came from the Asian Area, the Russian Area and the European Area. This year, GN Solids Control exhibited one compact mud treating system for the construction area. 

GN compact mud systems range from 250 GPM, 350GPM, 500GPM and 1000GPM. Due to the high strict rules on construction mud treating, more and more customers are paying great attention to the mud slurry treatment in construction and mining area. GN Solids Control has already manufactured many mud systems for global customers before. Large customers such as Vermeer, Schruum, Major Drilling etc are using GN mud systems. 

GN 500 GPM mud system includes a shale shaker, one 10inch cyclones are assembled on the top of the shaker. 10 inch cyclones can be used to separated out solids larger than 55 microns. GN hydrocyclones are made of polyurethane which can be used for long time. 4inch cyclones are also used for finer solids separation.
