GN Solids Control Delivered 2 Sets Oil Cuttings Treating Systems to South America

GN Solids Control just finished the manufacturing of 2 sets oil cuttings treating systems for one South America customer. These two sets treating systems is just another repeat order among those 10 sets decanter centrifuges. 

As a leading manufacturer, GN Solids Control has been working on manufacturing the oil base cuttings treating system and water base cuttings treating systems since 2014. It’s widely accepted that all the drill cuttings should be treated before discharged to the environment. 

GN Solids Control has provided many cuttings management systems to global customers, many large customers such as Baker Hughes, Bariod and Shell are using GN products. According to this South America customer, he wants to expand business on the cuttings management, and based on his former experience to use GN products, he wants to keep using GN equipment. 

These 2 sets drilling cuttings management systems are mainly including the following equipment:

1. GN Hi-G Shaker

GN Hi-G force shaker has the G force of 8.0G, which is especially designed for drying drill cuttings. GN Solids Control only uses 2 brands vibrator: one is USA Martin and the other is Italy OLI. GN Hi-G Shaker is using GN made composite frame shaker screens, which is the same size as Mi-Swaco Mongoose. Besides these replacement screens, GN Solids Control also manufactures replacement screens for FSI, Derrick, King Cobra/ Venom/ VSM 300 as well as some other shaker screens. 

2. GN Cuttings Dryer

GN Cuttings Dryer is using a high rotating speed flight and a fine screen basket to separate finer solids. After treated by GN Hi-G shaker, only finer solids are inside the drilling slurry. Those smallest particles can be separated out by GN cuttings dryer. Scree basket size can be chosen among 0.25mm, 0.35mm and 0.5mm. 

3. GN Decanter Centrifuge

As the core product, GN centrifuges are widely used in separating drilling slurry that treated by shaker or hydro cyclones.
