GN Solids Control Delivered WBM Treating System to Domestic Customer

GN Solids Control has rich experience on waste management. During the past years, GN Solids Control has provided thousands sets of drill cuttings management systems. GN Solids Control equipment can be used to treat the Oil Base Cuttings and Water Base Cuttings. 

Several weeks before, GN Solids Control just finished the manufacturing of one whole set water base cuttings system for one Beijing customer. The WBM Treating System is including the main following equipment: 

1. GN Hi-G Shaker

GN Hi-G (GNZS594) Shaker has a large G force which is 8.0G. Hi-G shaker is especially used to treat water base mud. Most of the solids or particles can be separated out by using GN Hi-G shaker. GN Solids assembles 4 pieces of shaker screens made from high quality plastic which are also called composite shaker screens. 

GN now only uses two brands vibrator: one is USA Martin and the other is Italy OLI. With GN shaker deck welded by large thickness metal, GN shaker has proven to be working for quite a long period without broken even at low maintenance level.    

2. GN Decanter Centrifuge

GNLW363-VFD decanter centrifuge treats the slurry that discharged from the shaker deck. As most of the solids larger than 100 microns are separated out by the shaker, GN decanter centrifuge is equipped with VFD control cabinet, the rotating speed of main bowl and screw propeller as well as the differential speed can be adjusted easily on the HMI panel. 

GN centrifuge’s rotating bowl is made from duplex stainless steel by centrifugal casting which last longer than welded parts.  

3. GN Mud Tank

GN manufactures various mud tanks and mud plants. Every year, GN Solids Control provides hundreds of mud tanks and tens of mud plants. 

All the slurry is stocked in GN mud tank, and treating equipment is assembled on the mud tank.
