GN Solids Control Developed New Series Decanter Centrifuge

GN Solids Control is a top one manufacturer located in China. GN Solids Control manufactures various products which cover the oil and gas mud separating, industrial slurry separation, mine slurry treating, dredging and TBM separation etc. 

With more and more equipments are widely and successfully used in those above areas, GN Solids Control also works on designing new equipments and expand new areas based on the upgrading of the current equipments.

Recently, GN Solids Control has developed some new decanter centrifuges to meet customers’ changing demands. GN professional engineers have been working on the new series centrifuges for a long time. In the near future, GN Solids Control will provide the 3 phase decanter centrifuges.

3 phase centrifuges are also called tri-centrifuge, which are mainly used for separating the solids, oil and water. GN 3 phase centrifuge is pretty the same as GN 2 phase centrifuge. For the former version, GN centrifuge can separate the solids and liquid perfectly well. In order to improve the working efficiency, GN Solids Control developed the 3 phase decanter centrifuge. 

GN 3 phase centrifuge is using a large force to separate the solids and liquid first, as the solids and liquid has a large density difference they can be separated easily. While for the liquids separation, there is a pressure device which can be applied on the higher density liquid. On the other side, the lower density liquid will be discharged directly. Those two liquids are discharged in one side. 

GN decanter centrifuges are using excellent rotating bowl material which is SS205, and those bowls are made by centrifugal casting. For the inside screw propeller, GN Solids Control uses a long time wear resistance which is Tungsten Carbide Tiles. 

With the usage of GN Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge, GN Solids Control will provide more suitable products for our clients. Besides this newly developed decanter centrifuge, GN Solids Control is also working on manufacturing the large bowl decanter centrifuge such as 30inch rotating bowl centrifuge.
