GN Solids Delivered 2 Sets Decanter Centrifgue for South America Customer

GN Solids Control just finished the manufacturing of 2 sets decanter centrifuges for one customer from South America. In this January, GN Solids America LLC received this customer in GN Houston warehouse and showed those centrifuges in stock. At that time, this South America customer was deeply impressed by GN centrifuges. 

We’d very happy to see that this cusotmer finally made the purchase in this several months before, and GN Solids Control will deliver these two centrifuges after final testings.

These 2 sets decanter centrifuges are purchased by one South America oil and gas serivice company. GN Solids Control provided customized color and label, which is a very effective way to promote their products. 

GNLW363CG centrifuge is one fix speed centrifuge whose treating capacity is around 130GPM. With the 14 inch rotating bowl (50inch bowl length), GN decanter centrifuge can be used to separate out finer solids diameter ranges 2~5 microns. GN centrifuge rotating bowl is made from stainless steel 316L by centrigual casting. In order to have an excellent wear resistance, GN Solids Control use hundreds of tungesten carbide tiles along with the screw propeller. All those tiles are fixed with bolts, compare to the welding method, GN tungsten carbide tiles are easy to replace when broken. 

GN Solids Control only uses world famous brands for the centrifuge: such as the two main bearings are using SKF, the main components inside the control box are ABB or Siemens etc. GN Solids Control centrifuges are also certifed by ATEX, IEC or DNV CE etc, strict manufacturing process always guarantee GN centrifuges can work perfectly well!
