GNLS3661 Large Linear Vibrating Screen Delivered for Domestic Mining Project

GN Solids is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a GNLS3661 Large Linear Vibrating Screen for a domestic mining company. The equipment will be utilized in a mineral processing operation where reliable classification and screening performance are critical to maintaining production efficiency.

The GNLS3661 is one of the flagship models in GN’s large vibrating screen series, designed specifically for demanding mining and aggregate applications. With a screening area of 21.96 m², installed power of 45 kW, and processing capacity ranging from 100 to 480 tons per hour depending on material characteristics, the unit provides an ideal balance between throughput, screening efficiency, and operational reliability.

Mining operations require equipment capable of withstanding continuous heavy-duty service under harsh working conditions. To meet these requirements, the GNLS3661 adopts a robust design featuring a box-type vibration exciter, high-strength alloy steel side plates, and advanced hydraulic tensioned Huck-bolted assembly. This construction minimizes welding stress and enhances structural integrity, helping to extend equipment service life while reducing maintenance requirements.

The screen is capable of handling a wide range of applications including wet classification, dewatering, desliming, tailings management, and aggregate processing. Its linear motion screening principle ensures effective material stratification and separation, resulting in high screening accuracy and stable performance.

To further improve durability, key structural components undergo finite element analysis during the design stage, while wear-prone surfaces are protected with polyurea coatings and rubber liners. The high-efficiency helical gearbox exciter delivers strong vibration force with low noise and long service life, ensuring dependable operation in demanding mining environments.
