GNLW224 Dewatering Centrifuges Ready for Overseas Client FAT

GN Solids America is pleased to announce that a new batch of GNLW224 dewatering centrifuges is ready for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for an overseas client. The GNLW224 is one of GN’s most compact decanter centrifuge models, featuring a 240 mm bowl diameter and a space-efficient design ideal for operations with moderate processing requirements. Despite its small footprint, this unit delivers high performance in sludge dewatering, solids control, and wastewater treatment applications.

The GNLW224 decanter centrifuge has earned wide recognition in industries such as mineral exploration, core drilling, small-scale mining, municipal wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater recycling, and laboratory pilot testing. Its compact size makes it particularly suitable for mobile systems or project sites where space is limited but reliable solid-liquid separation is essential.

To meet diverse international application needs, the GNLW224 can be configured with different bowl speeds, control panels, and materials of construction. GN offers duplex stainless steel (SS2205 / SS2304) bowl components, tungsten carbide wear protection, and a user-friendly control interface to ensure long service life and stable operation under demanding conditions.
