GNLW454GT Mud Dewatering Centrifuge for Hydrovac Slurry Treatment

GN Solids Control has successfully delivered a complete hydrovac slurry dewatering system equipped with the GNLW454GT decanter centrifuge, screw conveyor, and automated tank system. GNLW454GT Dewatering Centrifuge for Water Recovery

The core of the system is the GNLW454GT high-speed dewatering centrifuge, a 450mm (18-inch) bowl diameter machine engineered for separating fine solids from hydrovac slurry. With its large bowl and high G-force design, the centrifuge efficiently removes fine particles, allowing the operator to recover reusable water from the waste stream.

The GNLW454GT is widely used in hydrovac waste treatment facilities, municipal sludge dewatering, tunneling slurry separation, and industrial wastewater management due to its strong performance, wear-resistant components, and stable continuous operation.

Screw Conveyor for Solids Transfer

To support fully automatic operation, the discharged solids from the centrifuge are transported by a GN screw conveyor. This equipment continuously moves the separated solids into a container for easy disposal. The screw conveyor is built with abrasion-resistant materials and heavy-duty design to handle dense, high-moisture solids generated during hydrovac slurry treatment.

Automated Tank System with Pump Control

The system also includes a dedicated dewatering tank, mixing chamber, and pump package. The design features level sensors inside the tank that automatically control pump start/stop based on liquid level. This automation ensures:
