GNMS-500GL Mud System for No Dig Usage

GN Solids Control has provided many sets of mud recycling systems on various areas, such as HDD, TBM, CBM as well as diamond core drilling and well drilling industry. Now more and more contractors pay attention to the water recycle and environmental protection, so GN get more and more inquiries on these mud recycling systems.
GN Solids Control just finished manufacturing of one HDD mud recycling system in our factory. With the treating capacity of 500 GPM, it consists of the following equipments:
1. GN Shale Shaker
In order to have a much more compact design, GN provides GNZS703E-DE (the length is only 1998mm) for the first phase separation. All the mud will be feed from the top feeding box which guarantees a much more compact design. Sometimes, weir feeder can also be used.

2. GN Mud Cleaner
Here we use GNZJ703-D1S8N which composes of 1 set 10 inch desander cyclone and 8 sets of 4 inch desilter cyclones.
GNZJ703-D1S8N is using the same under flow shaker as GNZS703E-DE, so the shaker screens are the same.
3. GN Mud Tank
All the shale shaker, mud cleaner as well as mud agitator, centrifugal pump will be assembled on GN mud tank to compose one unit system. As there are two different types of cyclones, there will be two centrifugal pumps to provide high pressure mud to them separately.
In the HDD industry, it’s common to add some chemicals when working, so GN fix one hopper and centrifugal pump to pump the chemicals into the clean mud. In order to mixing thoroughly and keep the mud from sediment, there’re two mud agitators to keep agitating.

Now GN Solids Control can provide many standard mud systems including 250 GPM, 500 GPM and 1000GPM. All these mud systems can separate the solids effectively, and they can be moved conveniently in a skid.
