Happy Chinese Spring Festival!

The 2017 Chinese Spring Festival is the largest holiday for all Chinese. Just like Christmas holiday, this is a time for family reunion, relax and have fun! Here GN Solids America LLC would like to give the best wishes for all GN friends, thanks for all the support in the past 2016 and may we have a better cooperation in 2017. 

Chinese are all hard-work and value the relationship with families and friends. At the end of 2016, Chinese stores and factories will close; workers will have around 2 weeks holiday. No matter how far away from hometown, they will find a way to go back to their home where their old parents and young children are waiting from them. 

Chinese Spring Festival is the busiest season for land transporting: airplanes, trains, buses and cars will be flooded with happy faces to go back. Big bags and little bags are all filled with gifts which will be bright back to their loved ones. 

This is a great holiday for have fun, especially on the night before the Chinese lunar new year, which we also called ‘Chu Xi’ –the eve of the Spring Festival. Families and friends will sit around a table and have various delicious foods. Chinese is fond of all delicious foods with various cooking methods; you will never get bored if you come from a western country. They also have much alcohols or beers which are very good for getting closer.  

In China, young children love the Spring Festivals the most, as they can have fun and set off the fireworks and firecrackers. In the dark night, you will see fireworks are blossom in the sky with various colors. The Spring Festival Eve will never be dark as the fireworks are setoff. 

In the next several days, Chinese will visit relatives and friends. As mentioned before, this is reunion season, you can talk all those good and bad things for the past year, while in the new year, we wish for the best and will work hard for ourselves and for our families!
