GN Solids Control Co., Ltd. has recently completed the manufacturing and factory testing of a sludge dewatering package for an overseas customer. The package consists of one GNDL302 Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Unit and one GNSJY2000 Automatic Chemical Dosing Unit, providing an efficient and reliable solution for sludge treatment and wastewater management.

The GNDL302 Screw Press is designed for continuous sludge thickening and dewatering. Compared with conventional dewatering equipment, the screw press features low energy consumption, simple operation, and minimal maintenance requirements. It is particularly suitable for municipal wastewater, industrial sludge, food processing wastewater, paper mills, chemical plants, and other environmental protection applications.
