Large Orders from Russian Customer on Shaker and Centrifuge

GN Solids Control just finished the manufacturing of over 10 sets shale shakers and decanter centrifuges of one Russia customer. This year, GN Solids Control has sold many solids control equipment than last year although the oil price is pretty low. 

GN Solids Control has been providing solids control equipment like shale shakers, decanter centrifuge, cuttings dryer and some other waste management equipment for many years. This order was placed by one old customer, as they have widely tested the quality of GN Solids Control products, GN Solids Control equipment now is proved to be working successfully in various areas. 

These shakers and decanter centrifuges are going to be equipped with 10 sets drilling rigs. GN shakers are assembled with composite shaker screens, which can be used for around 300 to 700 hours. Now GN Solids Control manufactures over 5000 pcs shaker screens every month, most of them are using in over 60 countries. 

GN Solids Control also uses Central Control System so all those shakers can be monitored. As the development of technology, it is now a trend that using a computer to control all the mud treating equipment in drilling rig site. 

Besides those shakers, GN Solids Control also provides decanter centrifuges to this drilling rig customer. GN decanter centrifuges are using duplex stainless steel by centrifugal casting. The inside rotating bowl is fixed with hundred pieces of tungsten carbide tiles for long time usage. GN Solids Houston warehouse also keeps some decanter centrifuges in stock. 

Those above mentioned GN shakers and decanter centrifuges will be delivered in 3 separate batches. GN will also send experienced engineers to help customers set up those equipment and train their workers on how to operate. 

This is a very good start for the new year, GN Solids Control has the confidence to provide much more cost-effective equipment and mud systems in 2017.
