Offshore Drilling Mud Tank System for Singapore Project

Structure and Layout of the Mud Ttank System

It is GN's consistent design concept to make the complete mud tank system compact structure and reasonable layout to reduce the cost on building material and equipment involved. This system includes 2 units shale shaker and 1 mud cleaner that equiped with 3 pcs desander cyclone and 16 pcs desilter cyclone used as the second and third stage drilling mud recycling equipment.
This unit mud cleaner with capacity 1500 GPM could be also used as a under shaker, so that the cost for a separate shale shaker is saved. More important, the mud tank could be made more compact.
In addition, this system has the solid discharge delivery system, 1 unit auger locates under the discharge port of the shale shaker could easily transport the cuttings for further treatment.
