Pile Drilling Slurry Plant for Deep Foundation Project

In GN product line, there is one type mud recycling system specially for pile drilling. It is called deep foundation slurry plant which is used to separate the drill cuttings out and make the drilling fluids reusable.

GND series piling slurry plants are always structure compact and the few equipment involved. As the depth of the bore hole is not as deep as the oil well, the treating capacity of the slurry plant is not so large. Take the slurry plant we just sent to our client for an example. The unit includs shale shaker, desander cyclones, mud feed pump and mud storage tank.

Below the configuration of the slurry plant:

1 Double deck shale shaker
2 Desander cyclones frame installing on the shale shaker
1 Centrifuge Pump for transfering the mud to desander cyclone
1 Mud tank with accessory and attachment

The shale shaker lower deck is used as the primary shaker to remove the loarge size solid with size over 5mm. And the upper screen will be much fine to dry the under discharged solid out of the desander cone. The overflowed liquid is collected in the under storage tank waiting for pumping back to the bore hole.
