Sludge Dewatering Package Being Sent to Overseas Client

This sludge dewatering package recently completed production and is now preparing for shipment to a client in Southeast Asia.

The system includes a GN 14-inch decanter centrifuge along with an automatic polymer dosing unit. Together, the equipment provides a complete solution for sludge thickening and dewatering while helping reduce transportation and disposal costs.

The centrifuge is designed for continuous operation and efficient solids-liquid separation, while the polymer preparation system ensures consistent chemical mixing and dosing to support dewatering performance.

Projects like this continue to demonstrate the importance of supplying complete process packages rather than individual pieces of equipment. Proper polymer preparation often makes just as much difference as the centrifuge itself.
