GN Solids Control has been one of the most important manufacturers of decanter centrifuge in China. It has provided equipment and system solutions to customers in 72 countries.

Now GN Solids Control releases its 5th generation of decanter centrifuge into the market, which demonstrates another major upgrade on GN’s decanter centrifuges.

Compared to previous versions of decanter centrifuge, the new generation of decanter centrifuge from GN Solids Control carries the following features:

  1. Both the rotating bowl and screw conveyor are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel
  2. Collection box is made of 304 stainless steel
  3. All the material discharge ports are protected by hard alloy. This includes the material distribution ports on the screw conveyors, the solids discharge ports of rotating bowl
  4. Inside the rotating bowl are welded ribs
  5. Both bearings are equipped with temperature sensors to protect the bearings from over heating
  6. Vibration sensor monitors the level of vibration of the system and stop the system automatically in case the vibration goes beyond reset value

In addition to the above features, the new centrifuge also comes with new designs to take advantage of the energy of material rotation to keep the rotation which improves energy efficiency. Other improvement is the design improvement to reduce noise which is preferred by customers. Attention was also given to control system to improve high torque protection and optimization of the performance of decanter centrifuge under different feed conditions.
