GN Solids America LLC is a famous country located in Houston, TX. With a large warehouse in Houston, many separating equipments such as shakers, decanter centrifuges etc are in stock. GN Solids America LLC has been actively joining varieties shows or exhibitions on the slurry separation. Every year, GN Solids America LLC attends the largest oil and gas show—OTC in Houston.

GN Solids America LLC has whole series products which is able to provide turnkey solution. This year, GN Solids America LLC will exhibit one decanter centrifuge GNLW223 in the MinExpo. 

GN Solids manufactures many different models of decanter centrifuge, as the smallest size decanter centrifuge (9 inch rotating bowl), GNLW223 are mainly used for separating slurry with fine particles. The typical rotating speed is 4500RPM or 3800 RPM, G force can reach to 2492 or 1777 G accordingly. 

The centrifuge that exhibited in MinExpo is the D version centrifuge, which is using ceramics for the solids discharge port and liquid discharge port. Rotating bowl is made stainless steel 304 via centrifugal casting. And the inside screw propeller is also protected by tungsten carbide tiles for long time usage. 

GN Solids America LLC also provides complete solids removal unit includes mini shaker and mini centrifuge for mining. Some clients from diamond drilling or core drilling are also using the solids removal unit. 

For large mine slurry separation, GN Solids America LLC provides desander or desilter for coarse solids treating. Sometimes large decanter centrifuges are also used for mining slurry separation.
