How It Works(GN TBM Slurry Separation Plant)

1. Primary Screening – Slurry enters the double-deck shale shaker, where large particles like stones and gravel are removed.
2. Slurry Pumping – The screened slurry is pumped to the desander or desilter for further processing.
3. Desanding / Desilting – Clean mud overflows from the top for reuse, while solid particles are discharged from the bottom and dewatered.
4. Final Discharge – Dried solids are removed from the system, and clean water or mud is recycled for tunnel construction use.
